Understanding Anxiety:
When you suffer from Anxiety you can make the error in thinking Anxiety is something you have or even worse something you are. You might even believe it is something you have to learn to live with and manage.
The good news is you dont!
Anxiety is a process, its a lense you wear to view the world. Its your bodies natural response to perceived danger or threat.
It's the activation of your Flight or Fight Response.
But if your lens in which you see the world isn't quiet right you can believe you are in danger when you really aren't.
Anxiety is future based worry with a negative expectancy, an expectation that you won't be able to handle the thing that you worry may happen or that you can't handle yourself or others if something did go wrong.
It's believing the world needs to be the way you view it as right and the external expectation the world needs to be ok for you to be ok.
How do we do it?
We use Strategic Psychotherapy to understand the errors in thinking and we use the most highly effective treatment to impliment changes with Clinical Hypnotherapy to create new responses, views, understandings and to calm the Mind, Body and Soul.
This type of therapy a wonderfully exciting and an effective means for change.

What Hypnosis is NOT
-You don't go into a zombie-like state where they can be made to do things against your will.
- You won't cluck like a chicken. You are in complete control the entire time!
-You are not put to sleep by swinging a watch like a pendulum while you lay on a couch.
-You don't go to sleep at all.
-You can't be hypnotized against your will.
